Short to medium range target practice and hunting. Complement for VRG 3 range. Also for Big bore double rifles.
The VRG-2: MP BT-C PEREGRINE™ MONOMETAL solid bullet is designed for big-game double-rifles with lower velocities than the magnum rifles. It consists of a softer solid mono-metal copper alloy with a short bearing surface, resulting in less barrel expansion and thus preventing parting of barrels. All solids have a flat meplat for knock-down – leaving large entry/exit holes with an open wound channel. Test results revealed 100% weight retention on recovery.
