Description
The springbuck is a medium sized gazelle; the target of the springbuck is scale 1:1 showing a full on broad side shot. Normal shooting distance 100–300 meters.
The thin red lines on the springbuck indicate the kill zones of the springbuck. The outer line indicates the lung, back and neck spine area. The next smaller line indicates the heart and lung area. The inner line indicates the heart and inside that area there is a small circle which is used for scoring purposes at shooting competitions. The head also has a kill zone indicated, but head shots are only recommended for experienced marksman.
