However:
- Product images are for illustration purposes only.
- Specifications may change without notice.
- Product availability is subject to supplier stock.
- Errors and omissions may occasionally occur.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing products into your shopping cart does not reserve stock.
Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.
No binding agreement is created when an order is submitted.
A legally binding contract between you and Zimbi is formed only when all of the following have occurred:
- Zimbi has confirmed that the products are available.
- Any legal or regulatory requirements have been satisfied.

- Payment arrangements have been confirmed where applicable.
